Made a quick stop at the Paseo Arts Festival Saturday afternoon. It was my first time to head out for the festival and there were more people out there than I expected. It was tough finding a parking spot, so keep that in mind. I was able to find free parking along one of the side streets, but you can also pay to park ($3-10). They aren’t kidding with the ‘no parking’ areas - I walked past plenty of cars with tickets before I left.
