Sushi Happy Hour in Edmond

I thought it was a great secret of mine and a couple of my friends, but honestly I’m not that cool. Fuji Japanese Restaurant just north of 33rd and Broadway in Edmond has a happy hour sushi special on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. I couldn’t tell you the exact times, but I can make it in after I get off work (after 5pm) and its rare that I have to wait on a table.

With it being happy hour, the sushi is half price and I can usually walk out with the bill being less than $20 for two of us including tip. Along with a couple bowls of miso soup, we’ll get three or four sushi rolls. If you aren’t into fish, you can also get a couple different kinds of chicken.

Order the Rainbow roll - its essentially a California roll with avocado and different sashimi wrapped around it. Make sure and try it with a piece of lemon on top.

I agree, fuji is one of the best sushi places I’ve been to. Happy hour is the best and it has such a nice atmoshpere. The marilyn monroll is something nice to try, it has deep fried shrimp, cucmber, and bean sprouts. For something a with a little more kick try the 911 roll, spicy doesn’t do it justice.
