The 2nd annual Made You Look graffiti art show was great Saturday night. I was surprised to see such a diverse turn out for the show.

I talked with a couple of the graffiti artists about their work and their thoughts on art vs. vandalism.

Some of these guys are really fighting the good fight in their efforts to shine a positive light on the graffiti culture here in OKC. Unfortunately it looks like they’ve got their work cut out for them. Even with legal walls feet from them, a couple punk kids ran through the alley and tagged the walls with markers. Another punch in the mouth comes with the new graffiti on a couple interstate signs over northbound I-235.

For the guys doing the right thing, keep up the good work and point the trouble makers in the right direction.
