Robert Plant, Allison Krauss, and Mold-O-Ramas

Like Robert Plant and Allison Krauss?
Like to help out with those affected by Hurricane Ike?
Like monkeys, elephants (the pachyderms are on an extended date with their boyfriend in Tulsa), and those awesome mold-o-ramas you can only find at the zoo?

Well, I can help you with at least 2 of these. You’ll have to head to the other side of the parking lot to see the monkeys and order yourself up one of those plastic pieces of perfection.

Due to Hurricane Ike’s recent visit to the Houston area, former Led Zepplin rocker Robert Plant and bluegrass-country singer Alison Krauss will be moving their scheduled Houston show to the Zoo Amphitheatre in OKC. The duo will play a benefit concert Friday, Sept. 26, to help raise money for victims of Hurricane Ike.

NewsOK’s Dave Morris sat down with The Oklahoman’s George Lang to talk about the upcoming show.

Check wimgo.com for more information on the show. Tickets go on sale Monday at Tickets.com or by phone at 1-800-511-1552.
